Appointments and Booking

• You are responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled appointment

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, to respect our stylists' time and availability, we ask that you adhere to the following:

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price to your card on file
• No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price
• Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings

Payments and Pricing

All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept payments processed through Stripe, including credit and debit cards
• By saving a card on file, you authorize us to charge applicable fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or deposits as described in our policies
• All sales are final; refunds are issued at our sole discretion

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased through our website are subject to the following:

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash
• Gift certificates do not expire
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
• Gift certificates may be applied toward any service we offer

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and status updates.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
